We are currently looking for a Personal Trainer to run boot camp/group sessions.
Our over 60's classes (U3A) provide supervised gym-based exercise to help your strength, posture, heart, lungs, blood-pressure, bone density and balance.
Thursday 2:00pm, 2:30pm
Friday 1:00pm, 1:30pm
