Over 60's

Our over 60's classes (U3A)  provide supervised gym-based exercise to help your strength, posture, heart, lungs, blood-pressure, bone density and balance.
  • 30 minute classes
  • Groups of up to 10 people
  • Include a combination of cardio, strengthening and stretching
  • Personally supervised by a qualified instructor to ensure everyone is exercising at the correct level for them
  • SAFE       EFFECTIVE       FUN

Thursday 2:00pm, 2:30pm
Friday 1:00pm, 1:30pm
