Well hello there, my name is Drake and I've been immersed in the health and fitness industry for twenty-five odd years now, and through this time I have gained an immense knowledge of the human mind, body and soul. This encompasses weight loss, health and sports supplementation, nutrition, food allergies, mental health, injury rehabilitation, numerous different health issues, and many of the different training styles, (Diploma in Exercise Science and NZQA National Certificate in Fitness)
