Personal Training

We have made our personal training affordable so that everyone can benefit.  Personal training is an investment in your health and well being.  You can book a personal trainer when it suits you.  If you are a little self-conscious, then there are even times when you can book when you may be the only person in the gym.

We have trainers that specialise in the following areas:
  • Weight loss
  • Body building or building lean muscle mass
  • Sport specific training
  • Training children and teens
  • Strength training
  • Flexibility and stretching 
  • Body transformation programmes (exercise & nutritional plans)
  • Training over 60's

All of our trainers are fully qualified and hold first aid certificates
